On-site Association Management

On-Site Management position available in Cobb County, Smyrna area.  Position may involve full time duties or part time and grow to full time.  Duties to include office/administrative, homeowner phone, mail and e-mail communication as well as office appts, filing, amenities, and neighborhood drive inspections.  Office days and time and salary to be determined.  Experience in Association Mgt. helpful but not mandatory.  Being a local a big plus.  Must be customer service oriented.  High energy and positive personality required.
