The Rita Kennedy Luncheon is an invitation-only gathering hosted annually by the Georgia Chapter of CAI to honor the legacy of Rita Kennedy and uphold the integrity of one of the Chapter’s most prestigious awards.

Each year, past recipients of the Rita Kennedy Award come together at this private luncheon to review and vote on nominations for the current year’s honoree. The award recognizes a member volunteer who has demonstrated exceptional service, commitment, and dedication to CAI-Georgia.

Named in memory of Rita Kennedy—CAI-Georgia’s first Executive Director, whose leadership and passion left a lasting impact on the Chapter—the luncheon serves as a meaningful opportunity to continue her legacy. The selected recipient is announced live at the December Awards Luncheon.
