CAI offers a variety of resources to help homeowners and community association leaders. These resources are designed to encourage effective, enlightened leadership and responsible, engaged citizenship. Our objective is to inspire community associations to become better—even preferred—places to call home.

CAI of Georgia offers a board member workshop called the Board Leadership Development Workshop once a year that gives a summary of information in all the areas a board member will face while serving its association, including budgeting and insurance. We will be deciding on the date of our next class in the coming months. Our business partners also offer classes to homeowner and condominium association board members.
