There will be an OPTIONAL Tour from 9am - 9:30am of the Glenwood Park grounds. Please meet at Drip Coffee (928 Garrett St B, Atlanta, Georgia 30316) if you would like to participate. Immediately after the tour, the group will head to Trees Atlanta for the education class.

*Check-In will begin at 9:30am and class will begin at 9:45am sharp. Per GREC rules, you may NOT be late. Please allot time for traffic AND parking. Parking is limited at Trees Atlanta. Parking will also be available next door at Habitat for Humanity. There is also limited parking on Chester surrounding the neighborhood. Registrants must stay the entire day to receive full credit.

This class will address the unique issues that arise in mixed use community associations with respect to financing, securing loans, maintenance issues in the building and covenant enforcement in mixed-use communities. This class also will address legislative updates at the federal and state level impacting community associations and best practices for management in the metro-Atlanta market.
