Due to the popularity of the class, there will be a $15 "no show" fee for a manager that does not attend the class.

The Education Class is two parts. Part I will be from 9am - 11am will cover topics such as Covenant Enforcement, Violations and Litigation.

This will be taught by an expert panel; Michael Crew, CMCA, AMS,PCAM, Lisa Turner, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Sally Lewis-Butler, Kim Gaddis, Esq., Mindy Waitsman, Esq.

Part II will cover National and State Legislative Updates featuring our guest speaker, Dawn M. Bauman, CAE, Senior Vice President, Government Affairs Community Association Institute, and G. Lanier Coulter, Esq., Legislative Action Committee Chairperson.

Dawn Bauman is the lead industry advocate for federal, state, local legislative and regulatory issues facing the community association housing model. Bauman works with hundreds of volunteer leaders throughout the country serving on CAI legislative action committees and CAI government affairs committees to advocate for strong and sensible public policy for America and Canada's community association.

Dawn will be our featured speaker at the May luncheon to give updates on the National Legislative Committee as well as the Georgia Legislative Committee. This will count as the Manager's third hour of CE credit.
