This 3 credit CE course has been designed as an interactive program requiring groups to brainstorm on case study problems of mixed complexity that will allow managers to share opinions and procedures in solving issues that come up with budgeting, establishing capital reserve funds and/or finding alternative methods to finance expensive repair or improvement projects, and the collection process. Three experienced instructors will provide an overview of the topic and case studies that they have prepared specifically for this course, and at the end of each session, each group will share how they decided to resolve the issues presented so all the attendees can share different methods and options that may benefit their own associations.
