This course is targeted toward community managers involved in complex communities, either Master and sub-associations or multi-use communities. These communities often have more extensive amenities that are used more intensely and require a higher level of maintenance.
This course will be taught on-site at a complex community.
Please be prepared to walk in and out doors of the property and up and down stairs (comfortable shoes recommended)!

Please note, registration will close one week prior to the education class. (EXTENDED TO MONDAY, SEPT 16 at NOON) Cancellations must be made no later than Monday, September 16 for a refund. A late fee of $25 will be included for all registrants after registration shuts down. Due to the popularity and limited space, there will be a $25 no show fee.

During this session, we will explore the components of the clubhouse, tennis courts, pool and other amenities, as well as identify proper inspection techniques and maintenance scheduling.
Instructors Judy Dreher, Community Association Underwriters
During this session, we will explore details as it relates to Insurance provided to community associations with a more complex structure and analyze what the association is responsible for/owns, liabilities and basic claims information.
STORM WATER DRAINAGE & SUSTAINABILITY
Instructors: Bradley Griffin, Atlanta Landscape Group & Glen Canary, PicoVolt, LLC
This session will be broken up into thirty (30) minute segments involving both storm water drainage, as well as sustainability.
