Community safety is a shared responsibility among boards, managers, homeowners, and public safety officials. Join CAI-Georgia for this informative education class focused on practical strategies to help community associations create safer, more prepared, and more resilient communities.

Attendees will learn how to identify common safety threats, improve emergency preparedness, enhance personal safety awareness, and build stronger partnerships with first responders. This course will provide actionable information that can be applied immediately within community associations.

Course Topics:

  • C.R.A.Z.E. (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events)

  • Avoid, Deny, Defend (ADD) Survival Strategy & Interacting with Law Enforcement

  • Identifying Safety Threats in Communities & E-Bike Safety

*Please note the CAI-Georgia BOD Policy. Any refunds or cancellations must be made one week prior to the event date on September 8. There will be an additional $25 fee for any registrations after early bird registration closes. Any CAI-Georgia Member that does not cancel and does not show to the education class will receive a $25 'no show' fee. Substitutions are permitted.

This course has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3 hours of Continuing Education credits (CE Credits). All attendees are required to be signed in for the entirety of the course in order to receive credit. No partial credit will be given.  Any person taking this same course within the previous calendar year will not receive credit.
