Tina Saadat graduated from Columbia College with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management. She spent most of her career in the medical industry, including 11 years in Navy medicine. Tina continued her healthcare career working in stem cell transplants as a technician and Customer Service Manager. Tina served six years as the Southeast Regional Manager for the National Marrow Donor Program. The organization downsized and Tina joined CAI in June 2015 as the Executive Director.

Tina has played an active role in her own neighborhood community and served in various positions from Social Chair to President of her HOA. Tina has been married to her husband, Jeff, since 1986. She has two grown married children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gourmet cooking and tennis.

Caitlin Janofsky

Caitlin Janofsky is a proud graduate of The University of Florida. During her collegiate years, Caitlin worked very closely with ESPN UAA football and baseball teams in a sports marketing sponsorships. After graduating, she sought a career in professional sports and was able to work with some of the world's most elite athletes and sports business leaders within the NCAA, NBA and NHL. Caitlin gained invaluable experience working with Corporate America in sports business. After many years, she decided to follow another passion - healthcare. Caitlin joined Be The Match as an Account Executive helping patients find their life-saving bone marrow transplants as part of Tina's team! This was an extremely rewarding position and a cause that will always hold a deep place in her heart. During this time, Caitlin met her husband and they moved to Jacksonville, Florida where Caitlin stayed within healthcare as a consultant working with hospitals across the country. Caitlin and her husband decided to move back to Atlanta to start their family and joined the CAI team in February 2016.

Caitlin married her husband, Rich, on 4th of July 2014. She has two daughters, Amelia and Lucy Grace and lives in Milton. She loves traveling, planning events and lives for college football!
