Membership

CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities by providing education and resources to the homeowner leaders who govern and the professionals who support them. With more than 45,000 members, CAI has 64 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom.

In order to empower communities to serve at their best abilities, we offer different membership benefits to the various types through annual dues structures. Each membership type with CAI will provide you with insider insight on the latest innovations in communities worldwide, time and money saving tools and opportunities to share information and knowledge with your peers.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

By joining CAI National, you automatically become a member of the local Georgia Chapter and receive the following benefits:

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

BUSINESS PARTNER MEMBERSHIP
Business Partner members include attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, reserve providers, bankers/lenders, builder/developers, realtors, software providers, landscapers, roofers and many others who provide products or services to community associations. A CAI Membership will directly connect you to your target market and gain an extensive chapter network with networking and marketing opportunities to all CAI Members.
Annual Membership dues are $625!


HOMEOWNER LEADER MEMBERSHIP
Homeowner Leader Membership includes board members, trustees, committee members or homeowners residing in community associations, homeowner and condominium associations, cooperatives, master-planned communities, resort communities and more. The best community associations have the best boards - they're educated, knowledgeable and prepared to lead their communities successfully. CAI Membership provides your board members the best resources and education to stay informed.
Annual membership dues starting as low as $130 or up 2-15 members for $305!


MANAGEMENT COMPANY MEMBERSHIP
Expand your client base and access tools, resources and information. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field. Membership for managers in your company is not included with a Management membership (an individual manager membership must be purchased).
Annual membership dues are $460


MANAGER MEMBERSHIP
Community managers are the professional backbone of the communities they serve, providing the skills and expertise that are essential to the successful management of associations . Let CAI help you shape the industry!
Annual membership dues are $149


STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
This membership is reserved for students enrolled in an accredited university or college and provides access to the latest industry information and resources to help prepare them for a future career. Visit the student membership​ page for more information.
