Course Descriptions
Morning & Afternoon Session 1:

This same course will be taught both in the morning and afternoon. We encourage our managers to attend at least one session!
This course will be broken up into two sessions. The first session will discuss the essentials of year-end financial reporting and budgeting with a focus on best practices. Session two will highlight key indicators of fraud within community associations and practical strategies for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities.
Morning Session 2:
Instructors: Panel of Attorneys & Insurance Expert
This course will be focused on managing insurance claims. The panel of instructors will focus on types of insurances, filing a claim, managing insurance premiums, limiting claims and preventing liability.
Afternoon Session 2:
Instructors: Panel of Attorneys
This class will provide detailed information on initiation fees, amendments to Property Owners' Associations (POA), marketing strategies to secure votes, the Corporate Non-Profit Corporations Code, solar panel installations, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on community management.
