CAI is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities by providing education and resources to the homeowner leaders who govern and the professionals who support them. With more than 45,000 members, CAI has 64 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom.

Homeowner Leader Membership includes board members, trustees, committee members or homeowners residing in community associations, homeowner and condominium associations, cooperatives, master-planned communities, resort communities and more. CAI Membership provides your board members the best resources and education to stay informed.
