Board of Directors

The Community Associations Institute of Georgia Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the chapter's operations and helping the Chapter accomplish the purposes and objectives of both the national organization and the Georgia Chapter. The CAI Georgia Board of Directors works closely with its Executive Director and the Chapter Committees to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved.

President 
Jennifer Fournier
Homeowner Leader

Jennifer has a background in Real Estate and Property Management and is currently a business developer in the Atlanta area. She was born in Norfolk, Virginia and raised in the East Cobb area of Marietta where she resides with her son. She enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending time with family. Jennifer Fournier has been an active member of CAI-Georgia for the past 8 years and served on several committees during that time. She served as the Tennis Committee Chair for two years and the Programs Committee Chair for two years. Jennifer was named to the Board of Directors as a homeowner leader and received the 2018 Doyle P. Jones Leadership Award. Jennifer will be CAI-Georgia's first ever homeowner leader President in 2023!


Vice President
Russell Estey, EBP
Team Pest USA

Russell was born in a small town about an hour from Boston, Massachusetts, but has spent most of his years in Georgia. He's the Vice President of HOA and Commercial Division at Pest USA and has been a member of CAI-Georgia for nearly 10 years. He's also an animal lover and has served on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Forsyth County.

As a volunteer of CAI-Georgia, Russell has served on several committees including Membership, Tennis and has also chaired the Public Relations committee. CAI-Georgia honored Russell as he received the 2017 Rising Star Award.

Russell currently lives in Cumming with his family. In Russell's very little free time, he enjoys concerts, sporting events, movies and spending time with his wife and children.  


President Elect
Joseph C. Larkin, Esq.
Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC

 Joseph C. Larkin serves as a litigation counsel for community associations of all sizes in all phases of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Joe has participated in litigation involving community association law, premises liability, general liability, professional liability, construction defect, insurance, business litigation and real estate. Joe has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers, which is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Joe is a Prelicense Instructor, certified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. Joe has participated as an instructor for CAI education committee, and has taught countless continuing education seminars for the industry. For many years, Joe has volunteered with CAI, serving as chair of the magazine committee and a member of the golf committee.

Joe graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. As an undergraduate, Joe was a presidential scholar, was a member of the Management Honor's Fraternity, Sigma Iota Epsilon, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, pre-law fraternity. Joe earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While attending law school, Joe was Lead Articles Associate Editor for the Georgia State University Law Review, where he authored a Note and published two works of Georgia legislative history. Joe's primary area of practice is community association law, litigation and collections.

Eric Love
American Homes 4 Rent

Eric Love is currently the District Manager for American Homes 4 Rent. In this role, he is responsible for supporting property managers in the Atlanta area, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional services to the homes and communities in his care.

Eric previously worked as a portfolio CAM, sited CAM, and Regional Director and has extensive experience in strategic planning, including capital project management, contract negotation, day-to-day community association operations, contract and vendor management, financial expertise and developer transitions.

Eric earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and is licensed real estate professional. Love ia actively involved in the Georgia Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI) where he previously served as a co-chair for the Helping Hands Committee.


Treasurer
Amanda Evans, PCAM
Community Management Associates, Inc.

Amanda is a native to the Atlanta area. She holds the Certified Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation along with the Community Association Manager (CAM) designation. Amanda has worked for Community Management Associates as a Portfolio Manager for over 10 years.

Amanda is very active in animal rescue, enjoys traveling and loves to spend time with family and friends. She has served as the CAI-Georgia Social Committee Chairperson and is currently serving her second term as the Chapter Treasurer.

Kelley Moon, EBP
EPIC.

Kelley Moon is a native of Georgia and earned her bachelors degree in Visual Arts and Design from the University of West Georgia. She has been in Business Development with EPIC for the past 15 years, where she works directly with property managers and facility engineers in the high-rise condominium industry.

As an active member of CAI-Georgia, Kelley previously chaired the Golf Committee as well as the Cares Committee. In 2016, she helped spearhead the build of the CAI House through Habitat for Humanity. Kelley was elected to the CAI-Georgia Board of Directors in 2017 and has had the honor to serve as the 2019 Vice President, 2021 President Elect, and 2022 President. She was the recipient of the 2014 Rita Kennedy Award.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for various charity organizations and experiencing the local arts.

Director
David D. Hill, AMS, CMCA, PCAM
Access Management Group, LLC

David has solid experience managing communities, including seven years’ service on a condominium Board and 17 as a licensed manager.  He has held a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation since 2009.

David’s HOA-related volunteer work includes regularly mentoring others, guest speaking, and penning articles.  He also served on a commission to update testing for Georgia community management licensing.  At CAI, David is a former chair for the Georgia magazine committee, has been honored with Georgia Educator of the Year and Doyle P Jones Leadership awards, and currently serves on the CAI Georgia Legislative Action Committee.  

Prior to joining our industry, David earned a BBA in Accounting and held various positions ranging from government work (with the Texas Department of Transportation) to establishing a residential lending company.

David is a television buff, and an avid reader, keeping up on the latest regulatory developments, following various scientific research projects, and enjoying biographies of influential individuals. He and his family reside in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Kyle Mack, EBP
Arborguard Tree Specialists

Kyle Mack was born and raised in Georgia, residing in Norcross until 1996 when he moved to Los Angeles to begin his horticulture education.  He received his Associate’s Degree at Los Angeles Pierce College, and at that time, began working for the Los Angeles Municipal Golf Course Department where he furthered his career in turf maintenance.  While his love for the game of golf and passion for the industry grew, he moved to Arizona and attended Arizona State University where he received his bachelors in business and acquired his Professional Golfers Association card.  He moved back to the North Georgia mountains where he furthered his golf career as the Head Golf Professional for The Ridges Country Club.  In the early 2000’s life brought Kyle back to the Atlanta area where he took a position as a Horticulturist at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens before finally accepting a position on the commercial sales team at Arborguard Tree Specialist.

Kyle enjoys and has volunteered for the CAI Cares committee and held a position on the CAI Golf Committee since 2014, chairing the committee in 2019 and 2020.  

Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.  He has a passion for sailing, the outdoors, and still loves to participate in the best golf tournament of the year with CAI!

Ian Mari
Homeowner Leader

Ian has been a resident of Liberty Lofts and Townhomes for more than 18 years and had served as the HOA President for the past 10 years. He is currently a self-employed photographer. He has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 16 years. He has experience in sales, finance and global economics, budgeting and account management. Ian has 16+ years of experience as a Stock Broker and Commodity Trader on the London Stock Exchange, including head of the London Stick Exchange for one year and head of the London Commodity Exchange for 2 years.

Tracy Henson
Homeowner Management Services, Inc.

Tracy was born and raised in South Carolina. In 1993 she moved to Nashville where she got into the Apartment industry. She then moved to Atlanta and obtained a Real Estate license in 2005 and started her career in association management. Tracy started out as a portfolio manager and then went to be a on site manager. In 2014, Tracy went to work at Homeowner Management Services, Inc. (HMS), as a Director of Business Development. She was quickly promoted to Vice President and ic currently the President of  HMS. Tracy has been extremly involved over the year with CAI-Georgia, serving on several committees, served ast the Membership Outreach Committee Chair and in 2018 received the “Rising Star Award.”

Tracy has a passion for working out and in her free time she enjoys attending concerts and sporting events. She has 2 daughters that are her world.

Miye Johnson Yi, Esq.
Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC

Miye is a partner with the law firm of Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC. Her practice areas include all aspects of community association law including general corporate matters, assessment collection litigation, and covenant enforcement litigation. Miye also writes and lectures on many topics relevant to community associations including covenant enforcement and collection strategies, bankruptcies and foreclosures. Miye earned her B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Georgia and her J.D. degree from New York Law School where she was an executive board member of the Moot Court Association. Miye is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

As an active member in CAI Georgia since 2007, Miye has served in multiple committees over the years. More recently, she co-chaired the CAI Cares Committee to raise money and resources to fully fund and build the CAI Georgia House with Habitat for Humanity in 2016. Miye received the CAI Georgia Doyle P. Jones Leadership Award in 2016 and the CAI Georgia Rita Kennedy Award in 2017. In addition to her active involvement in CAI Georgia, Miye is also a member of the Korean American Bar Association and provides pro bono legal services through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Inc.

In her spare time, Miye enjoys reading and traveling with her family.
