2024 Education Courses with CAI-Georgia

January 23: Virtual Mock Board Meeting
Homeowner Education & All Members
Zoom Webinar | 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Managing a Homeowners Association (HOA) is no easy task. It requires careful planning, strategic decision-making, and consistent communication among all involved parties. One of the key components of this process is regular meetings. These gatherings are not just routine catch-ups, but vital platforms for discussing matters of importance, addressing concerns, and making decisions that directly impact our communities.

The CAI-Georgia Education Committee understands the importance of these meetings and hence, invites all homeowner leaders, condominium board members, and indeed anyone living in a community, to attend a special event - a virtual mock board meeting. This event is not just about learning the ropes of running a board meeting. It's about understanding the nuances of effective communication, the do's and don'ts of interactions, and the roles each member plays in these meetings.

Our expert presenters will walk you through a simulated board meeting, showcasing real-world scenarios, typical challenges, and effective solutions. Whether you're a seasoned board member or a new homeowner, this event will provide valuable insights into the workings of a successful board meeting. It's an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, ask questions, and equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute effectively to your community.

Board meetings are more than just formalities. They're opportunities to shape the future of our communities, to make our neighborhoods better places to live. So, don't miss this chance to learn, grow, and lead. Join us on January 23rd, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, for this enlightening Zoom webinar. Be a part of the conversation, be a part of the solution. Together, we can make a difference.

We look forward to seeing you at the virtual mock board meeting, and together, let's make our community meetings more effective, more inclusive, and more impactful.
