COMMITTEES

The CAI-Georgia Chapter consists of 11 committees and a budgetary task force. Each committee is lead by an industry leader that has been nominated and chosen by the Board of Directors because of their dedication and commitment to our chapter's mission.  All committees meet regularly to further the mission of our Georgia Chapter.

BUDGETARY TASK FORCE
The Budgetary Task Force helps create, monitor and guide the Board of Directors with the Chapter's annual budget including committee budgets. 

EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education Committee provides educational opportunities, including green initiatives, for Homeowner Leaders and Association Property Managers of CAI-Georgia to enhance knowledge and professionalism in the industry. 

EDUCATION SEMINAR COMMITTEE
The Education Seminar Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating the annual education seminar. This is an all day seminar for managers to earn up to 6 CE Credits and is sponsored by business partners. 



FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The Fundraising Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating an annual event to raise money to meet the specific ongoing needs of our organization. This years Mardi Gras Casino Fundraiser is on February 23, 2018 at Dunwoody Country Club.


GOLF COMMITTEE
The Golf Committee is responsible for planning, coordinating and securing sponsorships for the the annual CAI-Georgia Golf Classic.  The 18th Annual CAI-Georgia Classic will be held at Heritage Golf Links in October. Sponsorship information to come!


CAI CARES
*New this year! The CAI Cares committee works throughout the year to better communities by hosting service oriented charitable tasks that bring our members together.


LEGISLATIVE ACTION COMMITTEE
LAC advocates throughout the year to improve the community association lifestyle and home values for a reasonable balance between state requirements and the ability of individual homeowners to govern their communities.


MAGAZINE COMMITTEE
The Magazine Committee publishes the quarterly "Georgia Commons" which is distributed to all CAI-Georgia members. 


MEMBERSHIP  OUTREACH COMMITTEE
*New this year! This committee includes membership and public relation initiatives to promote the Georgia Chapter of CAI as a professional organization for community associations, association managers and their service providers.


PROGRAM COMMITTEE
The Program Committee provides networking opportunities for all members through three professional luncheons, education class and the awards luncheon.


SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The Social Committee plans two social events throughout the year. These events are typically held in the early afternoon and include a fun, relaxed atmosphere to help expand your network.

SPRING FLING COMMITTEE
The Tennis Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating an annual networking event. This provides a unique atmosphere to network with other professionals in the industry and promotes friendly competition through round robin tennis, cornhole, ping pong, jenga and much more.
